What do you like about working with Cloud 9.0
Before we met Paul, we were completely frustrated with the service we were receiving from our IT company. We had issues with repeated cyber-attacks, which was costing us money. We felt the service we received was substandard, "very hit and miss" and many of the promises they made were never fulfilled.

Cloud 9.0 really is a breath of fresh air!
Paul's customer service is excellent, we can call him any time of day or night and we get a brilliant response. He is completely reliable, always keeping to his word and delivering on his IT projects.

Since we have taken up our support contract with Cloud 9.0, just 18 months ago, the appropriate anti-virus protection and Firewalls have been put in place and we have since had no instances of Malware or other cyber-attack.

We have recently been migrating to Office 365, and soon the whole company will be on the Cloud, enabling more flexible working and even working from home.
